Skilled Negotiation

Selling a home is a big decision, and having someone who knows how to advocate for you can make a real difference. That's why I earned my Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation. I believe every client deserves someone who will look out for their best interests, think through the details, and work hard to negotiate the strongest possible price and terms. My goal is to help you make informed decisions while working toward the best possible outcome for your home sale.

For me, communication is about more than just sharing updates. It's about making sure you understand the process, have your questions answered, and know you have someone you can reach out to along the way. I believe honest conversations build trust, and that's something I value with every client I work with.

Marketing that gets your home seen

I believe marketing is more than putting a home on the market. It's about making sure the right buyers see it. Before your home is listed, I take the time to think about how it will be presented and where it will have the greatest reach. Along with the marketing support of Coldwell Banker, I also use Lakeland Connect, social media, and online marketing to showcase your home to buyers in Cold Lake, Bonnyville, and the Lakeland area.

As a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I've completed additional training focused on representing sellers and understanding the strategies that can make a difference when marketing a home.
